Initial Consultation
You and I will connect for a 30-minute meeting to discuss what your business provides, how your business life cycle looks like, and what is already in place as it relates to customer success/service.
Scoping of CSM Alignment
After our initial meeting, I’ll work internally to determine what support will need to be aligned and a potential timeframe for our partnership. PARTNERSHIP WILL NOT MOVE FORWARD UNTIL PLAN AND TIME FRAME FOR CONTRACTING ARE APPROVED.
Contracted Support for Determined Timeframe
I come on as your allocated Customer Success Manager for the determined period of time. I will have a brief on-boarding/ramp up period as well as a debrief period. During the debriefing period, we will discuss what the customer experience looks like after my time is completed.
*Rates for this service are dependent upon timeframe for contracting as well as assessment of clientele amount
